Mason’s Mission Long Lunch – 2020
The sun was shining and warmth was in the air. What a day to get dressed up, gather with friends, family and the wider community to learn more about STXBP1 and raise much needed funds towards research for this rare condition. The champagne was flowing, laughs were had and an amazing 3 course meal was served at the ‘Loose Goose’ Sunshine Coast. Exciting silent auctions were up for grabs, along with lucky door prizes and raffles.
A remarkable $14,000 was raised at this event which went directly to the STXBP1 foundation. This event wouldn’t be possible without the generosity and kindness form the broader community. Its emotional and heart-warming to know that so many people care and want to strive to find a treatment or cure for these beautiful STXBP1 kiddos, just as much as we do.
