What personal information about me does the Australian STXBP1 Foundation hold?
STXBP1 Australia may hold your name, address, mobile number, email address, donation amount, products and/or services purchased and any additional information provided to us to assist in processing your order or subscription to our website.
We only keep donation information online on our website where such donations were made since the beginning of the previous calendar year.
If at any time you provide the personal information of another person to us then you must ensure that that person has read and understood this policy and separately consents to that personal information being used and disclosed by us for the above purposes.
What does STXBP1 Australia do with my personal information?
We use personal information about you to assist in processing your donation and for our internal administrative purposes of running the Foundation.
We utilise the newsletter service, Campaign Monitor, which also stores your name and email address (unless you’ve unsubscribed).
Other than as described above, STXBP1 Australia will not disclose personal information about you to any person except on a confidential basis to agents that we use in the ordinary operation of our charity, such as for data processing.

Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable range of choices as to how you access it (e.g. emailing or mailing it to you).
